Refund policy
1. No Returns on Custom Orders
• Due to the personalized nature of custom products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect (e.g., wrong design, size, or customization).
2. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items
• If an item arrives damaged or with an error in customization, customers can request a refund or replacement.
• Proof of the defect or error (photos, etc.) may be required to process the refund.
3. Modification and Cancellation Policy
• Custom orders can typically only be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase (e.g., 24 hours).
• Once production begins, cancellation or modifications may not be possible.
4. Exclusions
• Normal variations in color, size, or material for handcrafted items are not considered defects.
• If the customer provides incorrect customization details, returns and refunds may not be available.
5. Processing Time for Refunds
• Refunds, if approved, are usually processed within a set time (e.g., 7-10 business days) back to the original payment method.
